Unless they can prove it's an illegal order that could cause harm to themselves or others. I'd use the detrimental to my mental health, and others claim. On the flip side, if most members of the military aren't taking the vaccine, there will be plenty of others to keep them company. Are they going to lock-out family members who want to come to the base to visit their loved ones while they are being held hostage?
