If this report is true and Delta is requiring an experimental treatment as a condition of employment, they need to be exposed, charged, and dissolved if necessary. Their behavior is no different than korporations who committed atrocities in Nazi Germany.
Forcing experimental treatment on individuals was specifically addressed in the permissible experiments section of the Nuremberg Code in 1947.
