Florida won’t do this. I want them to, but they won’t. They’re afraid to get into gun rights here for some reason. We should have open carry here, but they keep going with this cockamamie “open carry while coming or going to a camping, hunting, or fishing event.” I hope DeSantis is paying attention.

Shouldn’t need this as it is Constitutional to have a gun. Nothing said about how it is to be carried.

Having passed in the House weeks ago, it has now tonight passed in the Senate. My understanding is that this bill is much stronger than others that have passed in other states. The Missouri lawmakers advocating it have worked hard for years to get it right.
