We can either properly claim this as a states rights and personal freedom issue, or let the other side do it. Frankly, I’m surprised they haven’t shoved a bill through already.

Agree 100%. Like it or not, pot is now firmly entrenched in our culture. That makes pot prohibition as futile and stupid as alcohol prohibition. It is past time to shift gears and go into regulatory mode.

Should employer penalties attached to employee actions under the influence of cannabis be relaxed if it becomes legal?
