Maricopa County deleted entire databases prior to turning over election equipment to the AZ Senate for the forensic audit now occurring. The Senate President Karen Fann today sent a letter to the County Election’s Board for an explanation. The letter can be seen on the tab below.

Former Overstock.com CEO Patrick Byrne asked the following questions on his Telegram channel:
Maricopa County purposefully deleted a directory full of election databases related to the past 2020 election cycle --10 days before the election equipment was delivered to the @arizonaaudit. This is destruction of evidence and at least, contempt.Why did security seals arrive cut and why were they placed at the bottom of the boxes? Why were security ballot bags not used by the County?
Is this the Counties customary practice for storing ballots?
AZ Attorney General Mark Brnovich needs to get involved immediately. What is Maricopa County hiding?

The AZ Senate letter demanded ...
We have recently discovered that the entire "Database" directory from the D drive of the machine "EMSPrimary" has been deleted. This removes election related details that appear to have been covered by the subpoena. In addition, the main database for the Election Management System (EMS) Software, "Results Tally and Reporting," is not located anywhere on the EMSPrimary machine, even though all of the EMS Clients reference that machine as the location of the database. This suggests that the main database for all election-related data for the November 2020 General Election has been removed. Can you please advise as to why these folders were deleted, and whether there are any backups that may contain the deleted folders?
This sure makes the Maricopa County, AZ Board of Elections look guilty doesn’t it?

If it was deliberately deleted or destroyed there should be a criminal investigation.

They ask a lot of stupid questions instead of arresting people. As I said before: Kabuki. This is a fake audit.
The problem with this in digital forensics is that it’s hard to prove a negative. If, however, they only did a file system delete, the data may be recoverable, even piecemeal. That’s not admissible in court, but it’s damning evidence if retrieved.
Only a low level, multi-pass format of a disk is going to erase all evidence of the data. If they just literally pressed delete and thought it was gone, they’re in a for a rude awakening.

No, they won’t find anything on a forensic. Let’s be real here, virtually every single high level tech company was involved in subverting the election. Not just in the United States, it was a world wide effort to silence the voice of the American people.
The whole Nation should now be audited, so the average person can no the depth of the attack, and the level of treason.

Perhaps that can be argued. Some hundreds of terabytes of disks came into my possession for a job and I made sure that every sector was overwritten with multiple passes of random data. They weren’t subject to any supeona or anything, but I wanted to be sure that nobody would EVER bother me for that junk.
Two totally different targets, different size attack surfaces, etc.
Only in the most general sense can any statement be made about both being vulnerable to attack / being attacked.
Enough with the passive voice. The database was not erased by unicorns. WHO erased it, and WHO authorized it? Time for names and prosecutions.
