My wife filled up at the Love's down the highway this morning. She said it was expensive ($2.85/gal) but there were only three other cars at the pumps when she was there. No lines or hoarding.

I know this is only anecdotal but sometimes you can't believe what the media is reporting anymore.

I don't know where you live, but in the small city I live in, which is about smack-dab in the middle of New York State, gas has been over $2.90 for weeks.
