Is Homeland Security in charge of private companies cyber security? The problems of Colonial are their on, they have had years to correct these security problems and they did not. My son is an IT guy for a large international corp. He tells me it's all Colonial's fault. There are outside firms that a company can hire to do an audit and tell you what your vulnerabilities are and how to patch them.
