The never ending debate over states rights versus federal primacy. Or should DeSantis tell NCL to pound sand?

They’re bluffing. That would leave Baltimore, New Orleans, and San Juan. That isn’t viable. And fock them.

The point is to make the CDC’s unlawful requirement moot.

Even before the corona hit those chips were or are Petri dishes floating on salt water. That’s one reason a lot of people avoided going on cruises. And they have the audacity to say that to the governor ?....globalist idiots!

COVID policies have allowed the public to see an amazing demonstration of fascism in action. Government does not have to issue edicts curtailing freedom - they just let their corporate lackeys do it for them.

Hey ncl, I hear Charleston SC is nice. Hate to see Port Canaveral lose the revenue. Sad that the discrimination rules have to be expanded to include “vaccination status” along with race and religion. Thanks Ron.

Legally, lawyers believe that federal law applies and not state law, What “lawyers” are these then?
The Dem lawyers from hell?

Great point.
Who wants the added sailing/fuel/airline expense of any of those locations.

Since the CDC (Center for DemocRAT Control) is a PRIVATE non-government entity, their edicts have NO legal basis on anything. Screw them.

Baltimore? Might as well dock at Haiti and get robbed at gunpoint.

Or Tampa, Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Key West, etc. as to lost revenue.

As far as I know, there is NO federal law. The CDC does not make Laws. It is a quasi-governmental entity and no opinion it issues is binding.

They can skip docking at Arkansas too. They’re not welcome.
