You certainly must admit, the Chinese spend wisely. Working this way is MUCH cheaper and safer for everyone involved. You can spend 5% of what good fielded weapons systems would cost and have as good or better of an effect without firing a single shot. It’s a wise use of the resources of the Chinese people.
You can’t blame THEM for this.
To expound on this, the Chinese are enjoying the fruits and benefits of capitalism, where goods and services are always for sale at competitive prices.
Unfortunately, this includes the services of a good number of people in the US ruling class.
