Former first lady Michelle Obama said on Friday’s broadcast of “CBS This Morning” that she worried as the mother of two Black daughters, Malia, 22, and Sasha, 19, “every time they get in a car by themselves.”
When former Minneapolis Police officer Derek Chauvin was convicted of the murder of George Floyd, former President Barack and Michelle Obama said in a joint statement, “true justice is about much more than a single verdict in a single trial.”

Parental failure sounds like. Raised to respect others and NOT have a YUGE chip to tote around would probably help. So, despite all the oppression seems like the obxxx clan managed to make it out of the ghetto. OH.............
About 12.5 years ago, you didn’t have much to worry about unless you lived in East LA or south-central LA. After that, someone started lying and saying that the police brutality thing was happening everywhere and thousands had died to it. Essentially stirring up people with lies.
Even with that one hospital sinecure she had in Chicago, she’s still one of the most successful Black women in the world. And still with the whining!
If they obey the traffic laws and are careful drivers they will be in no greater danger than my niece, unless they drive in certain areas dominated by a certain demographic subset.

That’s what I was thinking. If they ever get pulled over, when the cops learn who they are, they will be treated as if they are royalty.

Exactly my thought. When, really, are they in a car by themselves. If Michelle is that worried, she can definitely afford security for her kids.
I fear that her daughters will mass reproduce.
In addition to smoking marijuana on video, one of the daughters was unabashedly drinking underage as well. Yeah, I'd worry about her operating a motor vehicle.
“By themselves” is the operative phrase. I suppose she could worry about them being killed by a white cop but they are far more likely to die from a drunk driver. It just goes to show what people will choose to worry about. Prepare for an earthquake but lose your house to more likely fire or flooding.

So that Secret Service protection they get isn’t enough to allay your fears? Just askin because if your girls don’t need it, there are lots of others who would love to have the chance to use it.

When you have a Net Worth of at least $70 Million Bucks, it becomes really hard to make yourself look like some kind of victim. Keep on tryin’ Ms Mike.
I think the problem is that she knows the prefeed form of termination of the people who put her husband and the Bill Clinton into office.
