The constitutional militia. It is a legal body of people mentioned in the Constitution.

Oh I'm well aware of what the militia is. My point is that there is no militia today. You've got lunatics running around in the woods, shooting each other with paint or plastic pellets screaming "Molon Labe!", and you've got scum sucking swill who will spill their guts about everything they know to the feds just to save their own tails, but no actual militia.
