Apparently “Gain of Function” research is not permitted by law in the U.S. Supposedly Fauci circumvented that law by having the NIH give a grant through an intermediary to the Wuhan Lab. I have only seen one comment on that so far....
Fauci and Cuomo have a lot in common.
