The limit should be variable and based on our ability to absorb them without any impact to our hospitals, schools, job market, and so on.
So what the mechanism for discussing that policy? The metrics? What is the control mechanism that the people have to set limits? The Deep State Dept seems to regulate it without oversight. THERE IS NO CONTROL. The only control is to stop the flood altogether.
