Boy, those Chinese Communists have some sense of humor: On Saturday, the Central Political and Legal Affairs Commission posted on its official Sina Weibo account (China’s version of Twitter) a side-by-side image of a Chinese missile launch next to cremation fires in India, captioned “China lighting a fire versus India lighting a fire.”
The accompanying hashtag noted that COVID-19 cases in India had surpassed 400,000 a day. The “joke” was horrible. Indeed, the post was eventually deleted after an international outcry.
But what grotesque goon would think to go public with such garbage in the first place? Especially since the virus that’s already taken more than 218,000 lives in India — and overwhelmed its hospitals, morgues and crematoriums — started in China.
No damage control can take this back. China’s rulers see India as an enemy, and they’ve been testing the unofficial border: Skirmishes across the Line of Actual Control last year killed 20 Indian soldiers.
Families are scouring for oxygen for their loved ones and in despair about being unable to offer proper funeral rites for the departed, thanks to a virus that may have escaped from a Chinese bioweapons lab. And the Chinese Communist Party uses it as an excuse to brag about its military power and mock its rival.
The worst joke here is that the CCP is still in power.

The CCP is living down to the murderous reputation that Communism has earned.
Commies can’t meme.
CC
China counting coup on their purpose-built virus?
I wouldn’t be surprised if the ChiComs sent India a special Variant developed in their Bio-Weapons labs and sent it to India to weaken the Indian Military.
India was attacked by the ChiCom PLA about a month ago while trying to take over a part of India’s North Eastern Border region.
Chicoms are disgusting pigs. Always have been. Always will be.
Sir, you greatly insult pigs.
