He got a warning from the FDA recently. I don’t think it’s the claims that are the problem. I think the problem is that he is selling products based on the claims.

He made a big mistake by selling the very vitamins he was discussing...on the same web site.

If he separated his endeavors, he would not have run afoul of the FDA.

The way he did it made his articles into ‘’medical claims’’ for vitamins and minerals he was selling.

This has been a clear ‘’No-No’’ for decades. The D, C, Zinc, Quercetin combo is discussed openly and legally by dozens of MDs ... not selling anything... all over the web. This includes the NIH medical library.
