Why is it that India who allowed over the counter access to HCQ now has 3,786 deaths on May 4th? That estimate may be even higher. On March 3rd they only had 86 deaths. Now there is critical need is for oxygen and the demand has outstripped the supply. While India struggled with a inadequate vaccine program the virus mutated into more contagious variants.
