On behalf of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, I am writing to ask you to reconsider your new policy mandating COVID-19 vaccination of students prior to returning to campus.[i] Institutions of higher learning are divided on this issue.[ii] ,[iii] Although, at first glance, the policy may seem prudent, it coerces students into bearing unneeded and unknown risk and is at heart contrary to the bedrock medical principle of informed consent.
Kempen then lists 15 reasons the vaccines should not be required for the population at colleges and universities at this time, including the fact that the FDA will not be able to fully approve them for two years. He also notes the exceptionally low risk for severe disease in the college-age population. Kempen also highlights emerging research into menstrual issues reported post-vaccine, with at least 25,000 women enrolled, and the durable long-term immunity following recovery from COVID-19 that is detectable in lab testing.
I estimate that if 10 million American college students are forced to get the vaccines by fall, about 60,000 “people of color” in the Third World will die needlessly.

HUMANICIDE: Pfizer admits in its own mRNA jab trial documentation that non-jabbed people can be ENVIRONMENTALLY EXPOSED to the jab’s spike proteins by INHALATION or SKIN CONTACT.
It’s not a vaccine or anything even remotely related to vaccines. It’s a HUMANICIDE. And it sheds and is highly transmissible by Pfizer’s own gleeful admission.
ALL corporations, individuals, schools, etc. will be positively “Liable for Side Effects” (immediate or down the road).
THAT is the inescapable and absolute legal and moral issue at the bottom everything that’s being done to coerce Americans into accepting the vaccine

Here’s the rub. Colleges are REQUIRING students to get the vaccine but they are not requiring their employees (professors and others that work for the college) to get the vaccine because somehow they can’t force them to get it. The group that is more at risk - older people
And if the student has already had a case of COVID-19???
Public schools already require a whole host of vaccines before you can register for school. Are they responsible for any side effects from those?
If someone’s demand is the cause of an action that you take, they ought to be liable for any adverse consequences that action obtains, it would seem. But then again, if you have a choice of giving in to that demand, or not, then are they actually liable? The demand does not have any force of law with it and you only freely complied because you wanted what they offered. It’s a moral conundrum I think.
Did they ever demand students get the flu vaccines???
The flu is statistically more fatal to the age groups of students and teachers than is Covid-19.
I have looked at several college policies.
As of right now the headlines read “require” and the details read, “intend to require”.
There is a huge difference.
Look at Drexel as an example of exactly this situation.
But they won't be held liable and they know that.
Requiring acceptance of experimental mRNA treatment is all about forcing obedience to authority.
It matters very little to the authorities whether their orders are sensible or even safe to follow. Only that they are obeyed.
Students who do not want to get vaccinated should request an ADA reasonable accommodation. The amount of paperwork, legal involvement, etc will make the cost of this policy beyond what most colleges are willing to carry. Oh and the school cant simply say, no you are not a student any more. That would be an automatic discrimination case and potential ADA lawsuit.
A private business should be able to require whatever it wishes. To support that idea is to be a conservative.
If you don’t like a businesses rules, you are free to go to a competitor. That’s called the free market.
Mask mandates are only wrong when GOVERNMENT requires them.
Colleges requiring “vaccine” seems so anti-American.
I just received a email from wellbeing.com to get the death sentence vaccine.
I ain’t getting it.
Moderna is already moving to essentially end their last trial early, so I expect the Biden admin will give full authorization before the fall and somehow it will be interpreted that colleges and businesses can do that without liability after that.
