Why have they latched on to Derek Chauvin as the arch criminal who needs more severe prosecution than the law specifies? That is ridiculous. How many white people have been brutally MURDERED (and what Chauvin did was not murder, more like manslaughter) by blacks and nothing much was done except jail them for some time? Plenty who even murdered cops in cold blood have been let out on parole. But no, these sick fatherless whores of prosecutors want to use Chauvin to gain PC brownie points. A pox on them!

You mean the prosecutors, in seeking more severe penalties than the state guidelines for the conviction, wish to inflict cruel and unusual punishment on Chauvin?

Prosecutors aren’t interested in justice. They’re interested in scalps.

I believe Derek Chauvin knows that he’s just gonna let all this crap subside

and get out of the news and then get a re-trial Or appeal.

and you’ll probably be found course not guilty

because he didn’t kill George Floyd

I mean. come on.

As we know at the time late May early June the left was looking for a “triggering” event so that they could unleash for hell and fury on the United States

They were really trying to get the Arbery case and Atlanta going which is pretty bad actually(Black kid shot running away by police).

But they couldn’t really get traction on it

Now here’s where Derek Chauvin comes in

He knows he sitting there for nine minutes or whatever it was that he’s being filmed

That it’s probably being broadcast all over the world

he had to know that

there’s no question that he knew that.

Now these two new each other and maybe he just didn’t really think anything of it ( he knew Floyd etc )

but the fact that the left was so able to capitalize on that video

that image of his knee on George Floyd’s neck

is still the amazing thing to look at

as the left was able to make it there “ triggering event “ that they needed

My assertion is they would’ve come up with something else if the Floyd incident hadn’t happened.

Or if George Floyd didn’t die. Think about that for a second

if he didn’t die - none of this would’ve happened!

Right ?

If Floyd didn’t basically OD on fentanyl( which is why he died At hispoital 12 to 24 hours later ). of asphyxia

if he didn’t die

none of this would’ve happened

Now Black Lives Matter all started with the Brown incident in 2013

hands up don’t shoot

we all remember that

And of course of Trayvon Martin. The skittles affair

The point of making here is there’s at least a dozen of these incidents a week

but most of them just never make it to the news

We’re just starting to see the actors who created the crimes in June 2020 now getting lengthy prison sentences

that’s how slow the wheels of justice turn

The interesting thing to think about now is that the left is in “charge” and so they don’t really WANT TO RIOT.

as much as they normally would if a Republican or especially Trump was in charge

Now leftists are going to be leftisds.

and people ( kids ). that just want to steal stuff or just gonna be those type of people

The complete implosion of democrat cities is also interesting to watch

San Francisco is achieved 2 more levels in the depths of hell. For example

How many different degrees of murder did they charge and convict Chauvin of?

Two. Second-degree murder and third-degree murder.

Prosecutors argued in the documents that Chauvin should receive a tougher sentencing.....

They know that an appeal is coming and they are doing what they can to create some advance bias.....

OK. So he either committed 2 murders or they are guilty of double indemnity by charging and convicting him of 2 murders.

The communists who now rule America just want to make the USSA safe for themselves and the communists who voted for them...

Amazing how differently they are treating Chauvin vs. the Negroid cop who murdered Caucasian Ashli in cold blood...

The 5th Amendment prevents being tried twice for the same offense. Second degree murder and third degree murder are different offenses.

The law is just used by democrat party soldiers as lawfare against their enemies. Anyone thinking of surrendering to police needs to know this before making that decision.

Seems to me they will want to sentenced him concurrently life for first- degree murder, 75 years for a second-degree murder and another 30 years for manslaughter.

..............................................................

Do you mean consecutively? Concurrent means he would serve all sentences at the same time.
