I don’t see a 3D printer in that pic...

Utterly horrible looking. No one called the 1903 Wright Flyer beautiful, but it laid the groundwork for the airplanes we have today.
Ditto for the 1923 Ford Model T.

Need to have a stone finish put on the outside. The flat roof will crack over time if not covered, and the lack of eaves will lead to foundation issues as the rain and snow run right down sides

Very apt comparison - Your photo example of a WWII blockhouse-bunker-bomb shelter is perfect!

The printer only costs $45, but the cartridges run well into the 6 figures.

They'd better be able to print sh!t that looks like this* then:

The labor assembling a house will cost you. A 3d printer will run day and night with only a couple technicians watching the process and a couple cement drivers. Or, mix concrete onsite.

I like the idea but how are they doing plumbing and electrical? The other question to ask is what happens in a few years when someone invents a new kind of wire that you just have to have in your house? Or when you want to add an electrical outlet somewhere?
For instance: we ran ethernet wires for a security camera system, and to extend WiFi. What about cable TV?
When we built our house I put electrical outlets in every closet. Why? Because I know in my heart that someday someone will invent a gadget that goes in your closet and needs to be plugged in.
