Well, the 14th amendment wasn't ratified to protect rights of white people, so I guess they aren't entitled to benefit from it.

How much non-white ancestry is required? Obviously a Hawaiian who is entirely of white ancestry (a haole) is excluded. But would a Hawaiian who had 7 white great-grandparents and one native Hawaiian (or Japanese or Chinese or Filipino) great-grandparent be entitled to money?
