A source close to Giuliani tells Newsmax that one of the agents pointed to a computer hard drive on the former mayor’s desk, asking about it.
Giuliani responded, “Oh that’s Hunter Biden’s hard drive.”
Giuliani offered to give the hard drive to the agents, telling them “it has evidence of President Biden committing multiple crimes with his son Hunter.”

Well, seizing evidence that isn’t specifically related to the scope of a warrant is a 4th amendment violation. So even though the FBI is corrupt, if they took the hard drive, it would have been an unlawful seizure, and Giuliani is certainly smart enough to know that.
That’s why the Marxist Left is currently intimidating Jurors in trials like the Railroading of Derek Chauvin.
Everything on the hard drive should be uploaded to the internet ala wikileaks
Correct of scope BUT according to Rudy, he told them it was evidence of a crime and as they were there lawfully it was in plain view.
Because it is just like the “Kraken”. Red meat to rile up the rubes, but never released because there is no there, there. Sure, people will get riled up by pictures of Hunter smoking crack with hookers, but we already have seen those. Not releasing allows peoples imaginations to go wild.
Hi.
Whether true or not, I believe it. Why?
Easy, the president is head of the doj and fbi.
Trusting the U.S. government is a fool’s errand.
5.56mm
The FBI of Robert Mueller, the FBI of James Comey, or the FBI of Christopher Wray? Shocking.
This action allows the Agent and the FBI to lie about knowledge of the evidence with impunity.
“So what was Giuliani doing with it?”
If I remember correctly, the fellow who is the owner of the computer repair store in Delaware, once he scanned what was on the drive, realized that it documented all kind of laws being broken, The local Delaware law enforcement would not get involved (Bidens are from Delaware), so the owner gave it to Rudy, knowing Rudy is one of the few upright, honest person, who would do the right thing and not cover it up.
“The tollway also said it will begin a program in May to help low-income drivers by waiving deposits on I-PASS transponders and adding $20 in tolls to people with household incomes up to 2 1/2 times the poverty line.”
It’s not bad enough that the toll system itself is self-sustaining institutionalized thievery, now it’s an income redistribution system too.
If I have to go up there, I have two choices: possibly get robbed and/or shot on 90/94, or get robbed only on 294.
Just a matter of time where prices at retail stores will be based upon your income.
PLEASE ignore previous post, wrong thread. Sorry.
Just curious...
If items in Guliani’s possession were covered by attorney-client privilege, what legitimate basis would there have been for the FBI to take a hard drive from him, even if he agreed they could have it?
incriminated
“Surprised, the agents reportedly not only rebuffed the evidence, they didn’t even bother to check what was on the hard drive.”
If Guliani had a list of laws that were broken and offered the drive as evidence of those crimes, the FBI should’ve taken it.
If he simply said it was someone else’s property and offered it to the FBI to go on a fishing expedition with no probable cause, no specific allegations and therefore no explicit grounds to do so, all manner of privacy laws would’ve gotten in the way of them taking the drive.
Am I missing something? Anybody can tell the feds that a computer hard drive contains “INCRIMINATING STUFF” without explaining how they know it’s got STUFF on it... And it doesn’t mean they’ll just take it away.
If we’re REALLY saying the Feds should sieze hard drives without any reason beyond a biased individual making very vague accusations, that’s an open invitation to overreach and “deep throat” stupidities.
Grudge matching neighbors near us keep wasting ridiculous amounts of police time by making anonymous phone calls accusing neighbours of flouting COVID restrictions and the authorities are duty bound to respond to. More often than not, there’s nothing to arrest anyone for.
In these situation I always ask myself, what would my position be of the boot was on the other foot and some hotshot woke lawyer said he had DJTJ’s HDD on the desk, there’s loads of dirty pictures and pornos and naked selfies on it, and asked the FBI to give it a thorough forensic going-over.
Would the FBI be able to tell the difference between what Donnie put on the HDD himself and what had been planted?
Correct, they would have knowledge of the evidence, Rudy’s words are just hearsay and the FBI can deny knowledge under oath.
Not shocking shocking at all when one gets their nose out of Sean “You are a Great American” Hannidity’s ass and sees the FBI as they actually are: A thoroughly corrupt mob of murdering Governmental goons. Along being the enforcement arm of the Democrat Party. As well as masquerading as an Law Enforcement Agency. Hunter Biden is their ally. Their guns protect him. Giuliani is their enemy. Under the color of the law, the [the FBI] persecutes and prosecutes him. Just as the Soviets under Stalin prosecuted his [Stalin’s] political enemies.
The FIB will go pick up Hunter’s drive while Giuliani is busy in court. And of course, the drive will magically disappear or have been wiped.
The drive may have been in plain view, but since the evidence is contained inside the drive in digital form that isn’t apparent without plugging the drive into a computer, then the evidence certainly was not in plain view.
Rudy you marvelous bastard, to quote a line. You set them up! Allegedly they had a voice mail alluding to a burner. Rudy must have believed he is under some kind of monitoring. So, he acts all stupid and leaves around a hard drive in plain view which they refuse to take, point 1 for him. Better still, he MUST have known they were coming either by assuming they had him monitored or even better that he has a source in their office.
All IMO of course.
They asked, he told them. Kind of like when the coppers ask what is under that blanket in the back seat and you say, it is a gun. They toss the blanket, find a gun, run the numbers and find it is stolen. They always take the gun.
Now on a search, one cannot go say looking for stolen gold bars in an apartment with a warrant for records of same. Gold bars in no way look like a sales receipt so blasting into walls or floors is not covered by a warrant for records. IMO of course.
If the FBI really, really wanted to get you, all they'd have to do is plant copy of one in your home, raid you, confiscate it, and use it to prove you're a possessor of kiddie porn.
The FBI got a copy of the hard drive from the techie back in the summer of 2020. They sat on it until the Wash Post told them not to bother. There is no doubt about what is on the drive, the techie leaked it all over the Net. Lots of piccies of underage girls, followed with eMails from Hunter about how he liked them best when 14 years old. In his father’s footsteps, apparently. Like the Clintons, Weinstein, Epstein, etc.
