I’m talking about seeing how effective any of these laws will be in stopping communists who have already shown themselves to be willing to openly steal a national election. Passing “tougher laws” have never stopped such people in any other nation at any other time in the past, but we shall see if it somehow magically stops them this time.

The Dems have been doing all that for a hundred years. There is nothing new about all that.
Look up Boss Tweed and Tammany Hall.
Despite all that, Dems still regularly lose elections.
For example we just had 5 straight Republican mayors in New York before the Dems finally won with DeBlasio.

Passing tougher laws and cracking down on corruption have often stopped/reduced ballot stealing, otherwise we'd have had Dem presidents nonstop for tye last 100 years.
