NYC is finished, put a fork in it. I grew up there and everyone I ever knew there is gone, the last hold out is my brother who lives on W.48th street mere blocks from Time square, mind blowing location, but he is on his last legs as well. He said the deli on the corner from him got robbed twice and before that he was across the street when some ass started popping off gun shots. He said half his neighbors are gone, every day there are moving trucks on his block and just watch: They have the Mayor election coming up: 100% guaranteed the suckers living there will elect another Marxist and I could care less. It was once a great city, sad to see it go.
I’m putting my hope in the pendulum theory. It is absolutely dreadful so it must be almost time for the pendulum to change direction. That said my daughter moved home & her condo is up for sale....
