This is such an easy fix. Just mandate that every team must match the race of their players to the population percentages of the country. Equity!
Great!...make the nfl all black all the time ...including fans, announcers and owners...camera crews, officials, vendors, etc...plus burn the flag and sing the black anthem before kickoff...perfect solution...
Quotas only work one way.
