“COME BACK PRESIDENT TRUMP!”

On one level, I would LOVE that. But honestly, he could have acted hundreds of times during his four years so that this wouldn’t happen. The last opportunity was when he could have put martial law in place in January. He let criminals such as Wray and Barr (and 50 others) remain in their jobs. He didn’t prosecute other criminals such as Hillary. He did a lot of great things, but keeping obvious traitors in important positions wasn’t one of them.

I was on board with official MAGA since the Escalator Day. I was on board with Trump for President since I read “The Art Of The Deal” around 1990. I would love to have him back, but stronger.

If we don’t get the only one we all know and want, then America is done.

Then it is over! Glad I won’t be here but feel for my descendants and their descendants. That’s life!

"could have acted"

FLORIDA STATUTES

https://www.flsenate.gov/Laws/Statutes/2012/0104.061

"104.061 Corruptly influencing voting.—
(1) Whoever by bribery, menace, threat, or other corruption whatsoever, either directly or indirectly, attempts to influence, deceive, or deter any elector in voting or interferes with him or her in the free exercise of the elector’s right to vote at any election commits a felony of the third degree...
(2) No person shall directly or indirectly give or promise anything of value to another intending thereby to buy that person’s or another’s vote or to corruptly influence that person or another in casting his or her vote. Any person who violates this subsection is guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084. However, this subsection shall not apply to the serving of food to be consumed at a political rally or meeting or to any item of nominal value which is used as a political advertisement, including a campaign message designed to be worn by a person."

"On the campaign, Biden had said he would forgive $10,000 in student debt for all borrowers, and the rest of the debt for those who attended public colleges or historically Black colleges and universities and earn less than $125,000 a year."

https://www.cnbc.com/2020/11/14/what-bidens-student-loan-forgiveness-plan-means-for-borrowers.html

There was a notorious Biden commercial that ran on TV in West Coast Florida offering $7,000/year "child care" bribes to parental voters and $10,000 "loan forgiveness" bribes to voters owing on student loans.

Does any one after reading this think that Biden is not a felon?

CODE OF GEORGIA

§ 21-2-570. Giving or receiving, offering to give or receive, or participating in the giving or receiving of money or gifts for registering as a voter, voting, or voting for a particular candidate

Any person who gives or receives, offers to give or receive, or participates in the giving or receiving of money or gifts for the purpose of registering as a voter, voting, or voting for a particular candidate in any primary or election shall be guilty of a felony.

Cite as OCGA § 21-2-570

"'By electing Jon and the Reverend, you can make an immediate difference in your own lives,' Biden said. 'Their election will put an end to the block in Washington for that $2,000 stimulus check. That money will go out the door immediately and help people who are in trouble.'"

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/trump-biden-tout-dollar2000-stimulus-checks-in-last-ditch-effort-to-georgia-voters/ar-BB1cusAh

"'If you send Jon and the Reverend to Washington,' Biden said, 'those $2,000 checks will go out the door restoring hope and decency and honor for so many people who are struggling right now. And if you send Senators Perdue and Loeffler back to Washington, those checks will never get there. It's just that simple. The power is literally in your hands.'"

https://www.newsweek.com/joe-biden-says-2000-stimulus-checks-will-never-get-there-if-loeffler-perdue-elected-1558862

"Kelly Loeffler has previously downplayed the need for additional relief for unemployed workers, and last week still refused to voice full support for $2,000 direct payments even after the effort was endorsed by President Trump."

https://warnockforgeorgia.com/reverend-warnock-on-2000-direct-payments-instead-of-standing-in-the-way-loeffler-should-be-taking-up-this-fight-in-the-senate/

"'When you send me and Reverend Warnock to the senate, we will pass those two thousand dollar stimulus checks that the people need, that families need to stay on their feet and in their homes,' Ossoff reiterated."

https://spectrumlocalnews.com/nys/central-ny/news/2021/01/04/biden-ossoff-warnock-stimulus-georgia-senate

Note: I believe that Ossoff and Warnock are still subject to prosecution by the State of Georgia. Biden is now beyond the reach of Georgia and Florida law.

He tried his best. He did not have ANY help then and he wouldn’t now unless we get the Republican stinks out! I pray that can be done, if no one gives up on him. Who else could possibly have done all the good things he did?
