There was a series of EOs and laws and administrative rules that followed. They are not a union in the sense of collective bargaining. They are a union of ‘procedures’ that require hearings before administrative judges.

It’s difficult to understand but lying and stealing become legal when a mountain of procedural rulings is formed behind it. For example, a person taking a gem to a jewelry shop can sell it to the jewelers for money. Later if it’s discovered to be stolen, the jewelers are not liable if several bills of sale are transacted on the stolen gem and the statutes of limitations has passed.

I knew Holocaust victims more than a decade back (they have since passed) whose son discovered their Nazi stolen $20 million Pizarro sitting in a Madrid museum. It was a major, major effort to recover and took an international law firm in Seattle nearly ten years to get an agreement.

So it is with the Federal workforce, they’ve evolved as social pathogens for so long without anyone watching that to reverse their institutionalized hold on government requires not just a President but a wholesale unity and commitment of the American people.

It’s a disease and only a historic hiccup of revolt can begin to attack it. We might be in that zone with a clearly illegitimate occupant in the White House as this awareness expands into all government structures. We should understand that ‘Dominion’ and all its cousins were in play many years in the past and many government offices have illegitimate occupants as a result. It’s evident that Soros Secretaries of States Project is linked to Diebold, Smartmatic, thereby Dominion, and that this project extended to courts, judges, DAs and others in government.

Government directors select their workforce and progressives in government select young progressives by hiring them out of college where they are coddled coming up through the ranks. Moderates are passed over, conservatives are driven out. No reversal of EOs is going to be effective against this long-term infestation.

They play the long game and they are sly about it. Progressives in Congress protect them.

So it’s a cancer and it takes a radical treatment to rid government of this disease. There are no easy solutions short of Civil War. The best solution is to unite people to come to awareness and then come to unity of agreement on a long-term course of reforms. But they have to have control of political structures to do that.

Americans must simply get involved in politics. No more excuses. They need to join the Precinct Project led by Dan Shultz. That’s already happening in Georgia and it’s causing the establishment to crap their britches. It’s effective, very effective.
