Former President Donald Trump mocked the Oscars for receiving the lowest ratings in history, suggesting the failure was intertwined with Hollywood promoting the Democratic Party.
In a statement sent out mid-day Tuesday, Trump also said the Oscars should revert to the classier name, the Academy Awards.
'What used to be called The Academy Awards, and now is called the "Oscars" - a far less important and elegant name - had the lowest Television Ratings in recorded history, even much lower than last year, which set another record low,' Trump wrote.

No, Pres Trump used the phrase "less elegant". People of wealth and style at his level don't ever use lame words like "classy".
Trump is right on the money!!! “Hollywood” & the “USA Media” has slit their own throats in the market place of films and news!!! If you want films, watch the “Hallmark Movies” and other small independent film producers who stick to business...not shout politics!!! I can assure you folks, Hollywood and the Biased Media will never recover...period!!!
And, as for the Biden speech this evening before Congress...it is nothing but a big joke and farce together!!! Few Americans will tune to watch a faux, failed bumbling POTUS and his not-so-bright VP, Harris!!! I won’t be watching!!!

Since we cut cable and have Roku ($0/mo.) with several apps, and Fubo ($65/mo.), we’ve re-discovered old movies and TV shows that are excellent. If not excellent, at least they’re entertaining and interesting. And they’re clean enough to watch if kids are around. The new stuff, especially TV, is basically crap.
I hope you’re right that Hollywood and MSM never will recover. They’ve suicided themselves, and good for them!
