So, this is the only aircraft available to “distribute vaccines” without waiting on ships, to fight a non-pandemic? Maybe they plan on using it to spread spike proteins to infect those who refuse the jab.
Plenty of aircraft just sitting at Pinal Air Park, about 30 miles NW of Tucson.
