Well, SOMEBODY is sure testing the waters of fascism. It is going around us all the time and every day, known be its more recognizable form of “crony capitalism”, the favoring of winners and disparagement of losers in the market by direct and highly biased governmental intervention.
The IRS exists as a foremost agent of that kind of carrot-and-stick approach, by either ignoring or overlooking the practices that tend to protect the monopolistic players, or to go after those who are in great political disfavor, in a totally asymmetrical and heavy-handed way.
Other regulatory agencies also employ this government meddling in daily affairs of so many facets of the public, forbidding certain practices and using draconian measures to curb the enthusiasm, or blandly using “prosecutorial discretion” for those in the favored and charmed circle.
This lardball needs to do a six month exchange with a Falun Gong prisoner in a Chicom Labor Camp to study what fascism is all about.
