I totally disagreed with him about the steal. But Powell refused to go on his show to answer tough questions.
MOST of the steal occurred before election day through bundling and fake ballot drops, IMO. Dominion theft was ancillary in all probability.

If it was ancillary, why are the RCV provisions in HR1...?
