There are areas of Paris that police don’t even enter anymore — too many burned cars, Muslim riots, etc.
No-go zones are coming to America, and suburban neighborhoods will provide their own security — gated with security guard posts, tire deflating barriers, etc.
In Venezuela it is a minimum safety requirement for neighborhoods.
Also, it is very dangerous to even step one foot outside upscale hotel grounds, etc., robberies enroute to the airport (even in company vans). Women don’t even stop at stop signs for fear being jumped by men on the street corner, day or night.
I don’t think it’s safe to go anywhere in a large city now. Chicago has had multiple shootings on the freeways.
