Did you guys also include Zinc With Either Azithromycin or Doxycycline for the Treatment of your COVID-19 patients or just HCQ?
They got the whole cocktail. doxycycline not azithromycin. None of the got up off the bed and walked home. My hospital system has a lot of hospitals in florida and they were begging us to send nurses to Florida to cover the demand at this time. I have family and friends who are ICU docs in Florida - they were swamped not miraculously curing people that died everywhere else. I have no idea how much a hospital makes for any given drg or diagnosis and have never heard of getting paid extra for deaths yet a traveling nurse knows all of this on her first day. I’m sorry her story stinks. Yes it was traumatic to care for these patients and hospital conditions were not pretty but what she is saying does not ring true on many fronts I have pinged some other physicians who treated covid patients to share their experiences if they wish
