Netflix to produce new documentary series on Bubba Wallace

The series will follow Wallace in his first season with the newly formed 23XI Racing team, co-owned by NBA icon Michael Jordan and three-time Daytona 500 winner Denny Hamlin.

In the few weeks after the “noose” thing, he magically improved from an average 24th place finish to averaging about 12th.
He didn’t improve. The others weren’t racing him hard.

Bubba is a mid-pack driver with no wins. It would be easy to simply call him the ‘new Danica’ but she was a menace, and like flypaper to the outside wall. Bubba seems to know how to drive. But he’s not extraordinary as far as drivers go.
