COVID-19 pill that cures body upon first signs of infection could be authorized later this year

The Pfizer pharmaceutical company is conducting trials on an antiviral drug could be ready for public use later this year that is intended to attack the spine of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and result in a cure to the sickness.

The oral drug would stop the virus from mutating in the nose, throat and lungs, according to The Telegraph newspaper, ultimately causing the virus to dissipate. The possible home cure is being tested on 60 volunteers ages18 and 60 at Pfizer facilities in the U.S. and Belgium.

"We have designed PF-07321332 as a potential oral therapy that could be prescribed at the first sign of infection, without requiring that patients are hospitalized or in critical care," said Mikael Dolsten, who leads the company’s worldwide research, development and medical division.

The first phase of the trial looks at the tolerance to the drug including "significant side effects, and how people feel after taking it," according to documents.

The second phase studies the response to several doses, and the third phase looks at food consumption while taking the pill.

More trials would be needed to determine how the drug reacts with people who are infected with the virus.

Pfizer says if the trials are successful the drug could be available for public use later this year.

among all the unforgiveable actions that the cabal leftists have taken, refusing KNOWN and safe and cheap and available medications for covid from being used for the mass of people is perhaps the worse of them all....

instead, people suffered and died....

meanwhile, TPTB waited until Jan 20th to state that hydrocholorquine/invermectin/ et all were safe to use....

“The COVID PCR and antibody tests are designed to detect a virus that isn’t there.

The COVID case and death numbers—stemming from the virus—are meaningless.

The lockdowns, masks, distancing, the closure of businesses, the economic destruction—all based on stopping the virus—are unnecessary, meaningless, vastly criminal.

People who have been dying have been dying for various other reasons—but their deaths have been relabeled and repackaged as “caused by the virus.”

The vaccine is supposed to protect against…what? The virus that isn’t there.

People who say this monstrous mountain of fraud is too large to be a fraud—well, that’s not an authentic argument. It’s just an expression of preference for established authority; and a preference for a sense of stability created by a lie.”

The non-existent virus; and the implications

The difference with this drug and the anecdotal evidence drugs is this drug was designed from the start with genetic engineering to specifically target the spike proteins it is going to work nearly 100% of the time as the DNA sequencing is well established tech. It is only a matter of human tolerance to the drug. The genetic engineering means it will have proven ability to kill the virus via the spike proteins in cellular cultures at a 95% or better rate. The drug works it’s does it kill or harm the host is what they are testing. This is similar to the mRNA tech in that it targets the spike proteins which is this virus greatest strength and it’s key weakness. This is genetically engineered tamaflu and like the polyantibodies from Remcovd that target the spike it will work. Those antibodies that the Donald got have a 80% success rate.

As will I. Pfizer has forever destroyed it’s brand. I won’t take any drug they put out.

Pfizer makes Viagra...50% of.men over 40 and 70% over 65 need Viagra careful what you wish for.

Pfizer has the most successful spike proteins targeting tech currently at above 95% they have beaten this bug proven by dozens of peer reviewed repeatable science data sets with millions in the N dataset. Like them or not they won the battle and will win the war against the chicoms bioweapon which is what everyone knows sars covid II is. Name another virus with the ability to target every mammal , avian, reptile, and some bacterial hosts. You won’t find one because that ability is manmade this bug got that ability by using HIV spike proteins how did they get there.

I miss professionalism.

"The oral drug would stop the virus from mutating in the nose, throat and lungs, according to The Telegraph newspaper, ultimately causing the virus to dissipate."

I'm certain the word they want is not "mutating". Reproducing, perhaps?

Phase one trials are always small N sizes. Phase one is human tolerance trials if You have adverse effects or deaths you want the study group to be small. All phase one trials are under 100 subjects for this reason. By phase 3 you are in the tens of thousands it’s industry standards for every new drug in the USA.

From Pfizer

The oral antiviral clinical candidate PF-07321332, a SARS-CoV2-3CL protease inhibitor, has demonstrated potent in vitro anti-viral activity against SARS-CoV-2, as well as activity against other coronaviruses, suggesting potential for use in the treatment of COVID-19 as well as potential use to address future coronavirus threats.

Protease inhibitors bind to a viral enzyme (called a protease), preventing the virus from replicating in the cell. Protease inhibitors have been effective at treating other viral pathogens such as HIV and hepatitis C virus, both alone and in combination with other antivirals. Currently marketed therapeutics that target viral proteases are not generally associated with toxicity and as such, this class of molecules may potentially provide well-tolerated treatments against COVID-19.

Covid has HIV class spike proteins little surprise an HIV drug would have effects against it. Makes one wonder if the PREP protocol for HIV would be a prophylaxis to it like it is for HIV. biological males can take PREP nearly indefinitely to.prevent HIV seroconversion upon exposure. PREP also targets the spike proteins and inhibits HIV from invading and replication in the ACE2 cells.

Might be ideal as a prophylaxis for people who work in high risk areas like an ICU. Or reponding to a coronavirus outbreak wherever it occurs. The IV drug they are working on seems to target the same enzyme, 3CL protease. It appears they were working on this way back during SARS-1.

https://cen.acs.org/pharmaceuticals/drug-discovery/Pfizers-novel-COVID-19-antiviral/98/web/2020/09

From the link above:

“Pfizer chemists first discovered that active compound, which was designed to target the 3CL protease of SARS-CoV, during the 2002–2003 outbreak of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS). But infections petered out and the compound, along with a collection of other potential coronavirus antivirals, was shelved.”

If it truly is a “pan-corona” cure, it could be quite a breakthrough.

A broad spectrum protease inhibitor would be like a broad spectrum antibiotic the brute force approach. If they found one that targets corona viri then all the variants and anything else the chicoms cook up would be killable this removing the draw to keep.developing weapons in the corona virus platform. Yes truly a breakthrough if they have one tolerated well by humans.
