Union wages drove US Gypsum out of business. Lack of demand described at the beginning of the movie is a movie writers idea of reality, no future for an American company is the reality crushing the USA by China, inc. The Chinese Communist Party bought the USA lock stock and barrel and the USA sold out. That’s all.
