Not all justice comes from the American government.
Case in point, when Americans were taken hostage in Lebanon, buoyed by their success, and the weakness of the American response, the terrorists foolishly decided to kidnap four Russians.
Within a day, a team of hardened KGB killers were en route to Beirut. On arrival, they counter-kidnapped the terrorists spiritual leader, then sent one of his ears to the terrorists, with the promise to regularly send more parts.
For their part, the terrorists loaded the captive Russians into a car, filling them with humble apologies and begging them to not harm their spiritual leader any further. Then they drove them to and dropped them off at the Russian embassy.
I say this, because Israelis, particularly MOSSAD, do not screw around with people like John Kerry. Their actions are not subject to appeal, nor will political connections and bribes be of any use after the fact.
Mossad is not going to touch one of the most high profile Americans on the planet.
I do remember that. The details prob. have been distorted, but it sounds like KGB/GRU (whatever) SOP! (I like acronyms)
