I am on a no carb diet. I eat 4 pounds of beef a week. I do eat nuts and cheese and green vegetables and pork and chicken and lamb.
I have similar eating habits-organic, paleo low carb diet-with some dairy-butter, cheese, yogurt, seeds and nuts-and about 4 lbs of beef per week-plus chicken, fish, maybe pork-no processed food at all-that stuff is poison. I’m not going to sacrifice the healthy lifestyle I’ve been following since childhood to eat meatless carb crap-and I rather doubt that our small ranchers out here are going to quit raising cattle-or goats, or sheep, or raising chickens-Biden and his handlers are living in Lala land...
