I haven't eaten red meat since I was in medical school, many years ago, and learned about its harmful effects on human health. I also don't use tobacco or recreational drugs.
My parents, grandparents, only sibling, uncle and aunt all died of arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease and hypertension. So far, I have shown no sign of it. My personal physician recently said to me: "You have bounding pulses. You're going to live forever!"
BTW, I have been to Dachau and witnessed the horror of it all first hand. Juxtaposed to the horrifying memories of it, your words are silly.
Glad you survived Dachau. It was liberated by US forces on April 29, 1945, 76 years ago this Thursday.
Clinical facts are rather different than the notion one may live forever by being vegetarian, which contradicts the volumes of research done since that antiquated view.
