John Kerry is hot on the climate control agenda. I had the painful experience of hearing an NPR report about how the world is relieved to have the US back in the game. And China is so pleased that they brought some old negotiator out of retirement because of his affection for Kerry. And China is serious because they are worried about major commerce centers being swallowed by the rising oceans. Of course, we need to be cautious just because China also really, really wants to get its poor out of poverty, and that may be a fly in the ointment.

I am surprised they are not sending millions to our southern border to get a head start.
