The Arizona Democratic Party filed a lawsuit on Thursday seeking to stop the state’s Senate from carrying out an audit of the 2020 election results in Maricopa County.
The complaint (pdf), filed in Maricopa County Superior Court, comes just before the audit is set to begin on Friday. In preparation, 2.1 million ballots, as well as voting equipment that includes 385 tabulators, were delivered to the Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Phoenix, the site of the planned audit.

Why would they block it? Because the results are not in their interest, and they know it. If they block it, it is because they stole the election. No nuance, no alternate ending, no discussion. They are guilty.
So, what are we going to do about it? Let them get away with the destruction of what we used to call democracy? That is what this is about.

If the audit indeed shows proof of fraud, what is the next step?
So how come they have lost on this particular case everywhere else then?
Democrat logic: “we’ll sue to stop you from auditing a totally free and fair election because it’s a waste of time and will just show how free and fair the election was...”
If the election was on the up and up, just get out of the way and let the facts prove you correct.
