Isn’t it amazing that all those cities had the instruction manual right in front of them telling them how to NOT become Detroit. Of course, nobody reads the manual. Or, being good socialists, they continue to believe “those other places didn’t do it right...we are smarter and we will do it right.”
My message to the decent people currently living in these cities...
You can’t save it.
Get out now while you can still get a buck.
Get far away, and stay away.
If you work there, commute.
Just leave and close the door behind you.
