Tennessee is on the verge. If they don’t do something soon, what happened to Nashville and. Chattanooga will soon be everywhere. Another Texas or Georgia, take your pick.
We bought a vacation house in North Idaho just over three years ago and are probably going to make it our permanent home. I hate to leave California, but it is absolutely insane here.
