Much of Corporate America declared solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement following the murder of George Floyd last year and vowed to address racial inequities in their own businesses.
After Derek Chauvin, the former Minneapolis police officer charged with killing Floyd on May 25, 2020, was found guilty Tuesday on all three charges in his death, many companies issued statements declaring it not a victory, but a step in the larger fight for racial justice.
The CEO of Minneapolis-based retailer Target (TGT) said the verdict in the Chauvin case is a sign of forward progress:
"The murder of George Floyd last Memorial Day felt like a turning point for our country. The solidarity and stand against racism since then have been unlike anything I’ve experienced. Like outraged people everywhere, I had an overwhelming hope that today’s verdict would provide real accountability. Anything short of that would have shaken my faith that our country had truly turned a corner. Today’s guilty verdict in the Derek Chauvin trial is another sign of forward progress," Target chairman and CEO Brian Cornell said in a memo to employees obtained by Yahoo Finance.
Apple (AAPL) CEO Tim Cook tweeted “Justice for Black people cannot be achieved without radical changes in the structure of our society.”

Mary Barra, CEO of General Motors (GM), posted a message on LinkedIn, saying in part: "While the guilty verdicts in the trial seeking justice for George Floyd are a step in the fight against bias and injustice, we must remain determined to drive meaningful, deliberate change on a broad scale."

I really hate these globalist scum with a passion. Always spouting MAXIMUM PC TRIPE. Always against the interests of real Americans, those who love thier country, want to work hard, live at peace with neighbors of all races that love America and it’s traditional values.

King Arthur Baking (they used to be called King Arthur Flour) put out a disgusting piece of woke trash, which makes me feel less guilty (actually not guilty at all) about using their resources, expertise and recipes without spending a penny on their products.
And then they all said in unison, “Boycott us??? Impossible! We’re so big, you will inevitably purchase some of our goods and services! So surrender and bow down to our Wokeness! Mwoohoohoohahahahaaaaa!”

Corporations do what they think will make them the most money so they follow opinion polls while trying to figure out the appropriate sales pitches. That's all these virtue signaling screeds are, they're sales pitches for those with mushy minds who sponge it up. Corporations exist to sell you something, they're jumping on the woke bandwagon because they think it'll help their bottom line in some way. It has nothing to do with right and wrong, plenty of corporations were parroting Nazi talking points prior to WWII because it garnered them favor with the German government.
That about sums it up. Remember the Baptist boycott of Disney? Disney World’s attendance and profits grew every year of the boycott until the Baptists finally declared victory and gave up. Small, local targeted boycotts can be effective but not against huge multinationals.
What is not being changed and needs serious change is the lack of fathers in the black family. Too many kids are growing up without an ethical basis of their behavior because there is no father in the home. It causes no accountability for their actions that leads to dangerous interactions with the police and incivility with others in their society. It manifests itself in cyclic cause and effect that intensifies the breakdown of black culture.
In a way it will be satisfying when the Woke mob confiscates the wealth of CEOs like this and drags them to show trials and re-education camps.
When you show signs of weakness they will come for you. List up of those corporations aiding and abetting so we can not patronize them. Let their racial injustice mobs support them
The ass hats will still burn it down, AGAIN.
The radical changes needed are let them kill each other. Give them what they want. Stand down. Let the gang bangers kill each other. Let the Biden voters in blue cities suffer the consequences.
