Doctor: Some girl came in for a sex change, identified as a girl, I gave them a penis implant and nut implants!
Nurse: They were a man that wanted to become a woman...
Doctor: They said they were a woman so I assumed they were a Female to Male!

Agreed to your comment. Who in their right mind would want someone who had never done the surgery to operate on their genitals? And how would you force my Catholic GP to perform surgery? He's a great GP, but I don't want him holding a scalpel anywhere near my genitals.
And, what is their legal shield against things going horribly wrong during that surgery? "Oops. I just irreversibly severed the nerve that provides sensation to your genitals. You will look male (or female), but you will never have sexual sensation again."
These people are literally out of their minds.
