Can someone explain how any doctor is forced to perform any surgery? I would think doctors receive specfic training for different surgical procedures and if they don’t have the training they won’t or can’t perform the surgery. Thus, it would make sense that Catholic doctors just never get the training to do genetial mutulation.
I’m guessing that the government wants to force the Catholic hospitals to hire such doctors who can perform such surgeries.
