[Repeal 16-17]

Unless it is to remove the 16th & 17th & 19th & the 20th modified

I'm with you all the way regarding the 16th and 17th Amendments (surprising, I know). You're not going to take the right to vote away from women. What's wrong with the 20th Amendment? I didn't know anybody wanted Inauguration Day returned to March 4.
