Biden and Waters sticking there noses in this could get a mistrial. Which is likly what THEY want to continue their drumbeat.
I wondered if that was some sort of master plan. Make stupid public comments to force a mistrial because the prosecution screwed it up so badly.
Then maybe in a year or two decline to prosecute.
I don’t believe there will ever be a mistrial. Waters knows what she’s doing. There’s been biographical info on jurors released. Judge refused to sequester them. Witnesses have been intimidated in their homes.
