Your getting some pushback and some that agree. There may come a time when the fate is sealed, the pain is bad and the decision needs to be made. It’s an intensely personal decision. I can see a scenario where it’s the humane thing to do. I’m not sure how God sees it. That would be my concern. Hospice care, DNR, refusal of treatment... are all gray areas but I leave them to each their own.
Hard subject to make yes no / right wrong blanket statements. I can understand it.
Living with the pains of age is far different that the scream-inducing agony of pancreatic cancer or a glioblastoma.
