In short, the GOP precinct committeemen vote for county GOP leadership, which then in turn vote for state leadership and then national leadership. Currently there are 100k RINO precinct committeemen, 100k conservatives and 200k vacant seats. There is a big move to fill the 200k vacant seats with MAGA folks.
New comers are not necessarily welcome since they are encroaching on the establishment, but there have been recent cases of MAGA committeemen being elected and the RINOs quitting after being out numbered. Yes, they quit. Their club has been infiltrated and taken over by deplorables.
