On a completely unrelated note, what is that form of government where the businesses are privately owned, but the government gets to tell you exactly what, where, and how you can make and sell your products?

It’s not Capitalism...but I just can’t think of the name for that time of government. Oh well, it’ll come to me later.

Fascism.

Although, its a matter of degree IMHO, rather than an all or nothing definition.

Mussolini and Hitler were way out on the continuum where Fascism and Socialism share some similarities, even if they say different things about themselves.
